Work at Perla Nera
We are mainly looking for hostesses and barmaids, though floor staff and security positions are open too. Proper contract, protected environment, absolute confidentiality on every application.
01 — Open positions
Hostesses
Welcome and presence in the room. Care, manners and reliability required; no previous experience in the sector needed.
Barmaids
Bar counter and service. Experience appreciated, in-house training on the house signatures provided.
Floor staff
Table service and guest assistance. Team attitude and discretion required.
Security
Door control and guest protection. Professionalism and impeccable presence required.
We offer a regular contract, a safe and protected environment, possible accommodation for those coming from out of town and a paid trial period. The confidentiality of applications is absolute: no data is shared, no photo published.
02 — How it works

Private interview
We will get back to you within a few days for an introductory interview, on site or by video call.

Trial period
If there is a match, we start with a paid trial period, with shadowing and training.
